Happily digging in the rain soaked dirt to transplant sedum to the street garden. and even though its raining I give the transplants a good long drink. I am one of the lucky ones. Downtown Denver had steady rain bringing us much needed moisture, while northern Colorado was devastated and destroyed. Images from the Denver Post.

After days of rain I jumped on the opportunity to dig into my garden.  Little did I know that I would choose to rip out rose bushes.  Five with two more in process. In the middle of the destruction I noticed all the honey bees on the flowering sedum.
